1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jl06 ("jl06," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jl06 online gaming platform accessible at https://jl06.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, depositing funds, or by simply accessing or using any portion of the Platform, you conclusively confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply at all times during your use of the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and participation in any gaming activity on the jl06 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine Republic Act No. 9287 and applicable PAGCOR regulations. jl06 takes age verification seriously and will not knowingly permit minors to use the Platform.

2.2 Jurisdiction

The jl06 Platform is intended for use by persons physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jl06 makes no representation that the services offered are available or lawful in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To open an account on jl06, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile number. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful and up to date.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jl06 is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA) to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and at other trigger points. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3. Account Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one active account on the jl06 Platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jl06 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold balances pending investigation upon discovering violations of this policy.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify jl06 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. jl06 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. jl06 will never request your password through any communication channel.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

jl06 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Where an account is closed for reasons other than player breach, any genuine balance will be returned to the player following satisfactory completion of verification procedures.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jl06 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of ₱100 per month to inactive accounts after this period, deducted from any available balance. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any such fee.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jl06 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jl06 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. jl06 reserves the right to impose additional limits at any time for security, compliance, or responsible gaming purposes.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification as set out in Section 2.4. Once verification is complete, jl06 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier section. E-wallet withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. jl06 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in the applicable bonus terms before withdrawal is permitted. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the applicable bonus and any associated winnings.

4.5 Currency

All balances, wagers, and payouts on the jl06 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jl06 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any foreign currency transactions are converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by your payment provider, and jl06 accepts no responsibility for currency conversion fees or rate fluctuations.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

From time to time, jl06 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload offers, and other promotions to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal request will be approved. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward fulfilling wagering requirements, as detailed in the applicable promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jl06 monitors player activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin betting to clear wagering requirements, collusion with other players, use of multiple accounts to claim promotions multiple times, and any other activity that jl06 determines in its sole discretion to constitute abuse of its promotions. jl06 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and suspend accounts where abuse is detected.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the jl06 Platform operate according to published game rules accessible within each game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before participating. jl06 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studios under their own fair play certifications.

In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on your device and the result recorded on jl06's servers, the server-side result shall be the authoritative record. Malfunction of any game voids all associated play and any associated payouts. jl06 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures outside its reasonable control.

Players are prohibited from using any software, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, or other automated means to assist with gameplay in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the house. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jl06 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the Platform on behalf of a third party or allowing any third party to use your account;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform in connection with the proceeds of crime;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated betting systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to defraud jl06 or other players;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl06 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Responsible Gaming

jl06 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when a set amount of time has elapsed during a gaming session;
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you are willing to lose within a defined period;

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl06 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if jl06 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jl06's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl06 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to ensure that any device used to access the Platform is adequately protected with up-to-date security software.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

jl06 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by the jl06 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jl06 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, jl06 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice posted on the Platform. Amended Terms take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the jl06 Platform shall first be submitted to jl06's customer support team for informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory body or, where applicable, to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
